1. What makes Castle Christmas Lighting stand above other lighting companies?
Each installer has had one on one training in electrical and design presentation, and is not allowed to work in the field until they have passed a series of tests. Even through we have never had an accident, we carry liability and worker compensation insurance to fully protect the homeowner. Also, if you decide to use the lights provided by Castle Christmas Lighting, we provide the storage after the holiday season at no extra cost. So if you decide to use our service again next year, all you need to do is call and we’ll come and install.
2. How much do your services cost?
Cost can be as low as one hundred dollars for small jobs, or into the thousands for large projects. Our design team will work with you and your budget.
3. When should I call for an installation?
Installations are performed November 1 st through December 23 rd. Calling for an early season installation can insure you a spot, as well as the best pricing.
4. Do I need to be present during the installation?
No. As long as we have access to the power supplies needed for the lights, your presence is appreciated, but not required.
5. How do I know you will come back to remove the lights?
Castle Christmas Lighting provides all lighting supplies, and as our customer, this benefits you in many ways. As long as you use our services, you will never need to worry about buying new lights again. It doesn’t matter if a light goes out this year, next year, or even in five years from now, we replace them immediately at no extra cost. Also, because we are not selling you any product, you never pay sales tax. This means no hidden cost at the end of sale. Finally, because we provide you with our supplies, this is our guarantee to you, that we will return to remove the lights.
6. What if we already have our lights, would you still consider installation?
Absolutely, if you would like to reuse last year’s lights, we will work with you. It would be helpful if you could check all the lights for proper working condition and be sure you have enough lights to finish the job. Estimates will reflect installation and removal only.
7. Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. Payments by card are accepted online through the secure site of PayPal. In order to use PayPal you must have an email address.
